Delivery charges
- Free UK delivery on all orders — delivery is included in the price, with nothing added at checkout.
- Sent via Royal Mail — most orders dispatched within 48 hours.
Dispatch time
We typically dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items in your order may arrive at different times if we use multiple carriers — we'll select the most appropriate service for each part of your order to keep things moving.
Delivery will be between 7:30am and 6:00pm, however we're unable to confirm a specific time.
Carriers
The contents and weight of your order determine which delivery services are used. Smaller items typically go via Royal Mail; larger or bulk orders go by courier. We'll select the most appropriate carrier for your goods to ensure they arrive safely.
If you're out when we deliver
If you're out when the courier tries to deliver, they'll try a neighbour or find a safe and secure place to leave your parcel. If they can't find a safe place, your parcel will be returned to the depot and they'll leave you a card explaining where it is and what to do next.
Where we deliver
We deliver across Great Britain using Royal Mail, which offers a one-price service to mainland Britain and the Scottish Highlands & Islands alike — so there are no remote-area surcharges.
We are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes). You'll be asked to confirm your delivery postcode in the basket before checkout. If you think your postcode has been excluded in error, please contact us.
Overseas delivery
We currently ship within Great Britain only. We're sorry, but we cannot export outside the UK, or deliver to Northern Ireland, at this time.
Bespoke orders
Bespoke and custom-manufactured items have separate lead times — typically 5 to 10 working days depending on complexity. Your bespoke quote will include an estimated dispatch date.
Order confirmation & dispatch
As soon as your payment goes through, PayPal will email you a receipt confirming your order and what you paid. We pick up your order from there and aim to dispatch within 48 hours. Where your parcel is sent by a tracked courier service, we may include any tracking reference the courier provides. Problems with delivery
If your order is delayed, damaged, or hasn't arrived when expected, please email sales@ukonlinesigns.co.uk with your order ID and we'll investigate.
